New build gone bad cont...
Hey guys a couple of days ago i posted about my build not starting up at all (no post) nothing. Well I never heard from the company i ordered from (e-mailed them) so i called today. no joke i was on the phone for less then 5 mins. Guy took my name and order number, e-mailed me a pre paid ups sticker, and told me they would over night a replacement. Excellent customer service if you ask me. thought i would share the exp.
supplier was geeks.com sending the board out today.... good prices thought you guys might find the info useful for ordering new parts for future builds....hope this helps :-) |

Thanks for the tip. I ordered from Geeks.com a few years back and I had good experiences too. Lets us know how the new board goes.

Careful what you buy from the Geeks - they have a lot of junk among the decent items. You have to know what you are looking at, and their prices are not always very competitive. Yes, they do have very good customer service, and they do carry some oddball stuff that you can't really find elsewhere.
