Of the three, I'd take the Biostar board. The PC Chips is Junk, and the Gigabyte has a Via chipset.
That said, what I'd personally do is take the ASUS K8N-VM motherboard and a socket 754 Sempron64 3000+. The motherboard is of higher quality than any in that deal, and comes with on-board video and a PCI-Express slot for upgradability. The Sempron 3000 is a great processor for a lower-powered build. Is this for a new build, or an upgrade to an existing system? FK

Apart from quality, I suggested that particular ASUS board because it has on-board video - more than adequate for a non-gaming system. Additionally, its PCI-Express slot is much newer technology than the AGP slot the Biostar comes with - chances are if you decide to upgrade the graphics in future, AGP cards won't be readily available.
Don't forget also, that getting the biostar would involve dropping at least $30 on a video card, as it has no integrated video. FK |

That Biostar board in the combo offer is actually pretty decent, but as said, you will need a 4x or 8x AGP video card - or an old PCI card.
