First build questions

Is there any differences when installing dual rails then single rails?
Also for an SATA drive I know that there are four connectors which ones are the ones that I want to install? I have the SATA power wire and the SATA motherboard wire is that all that it needs or is there another one I need to plug in?

No difference installing a dual rail PSU than a single rail.
The differences are internal to the PSU.
Sata Hd put it in the lowest numbered (o or 1) connector on the primary SATA controller.
There are 2 power connectors on a lot of SATA drives, a SATA power connector and a legacy Molex connector. Use one or the other, preferably the SATA, but not both.
