Will this Mobo fit in This case

Yes it will, the motherboard and case are both ATX form factor.

what does ATX mean specifically...

just a term for the alignment of the screws? because I noticed they were both atx so i put them on the list and continued, but now I am fine-tuning my compatibility list so i had to ask.
