What are your system specs? Give us the brand and model if possible. Be sure to include the PSU in the specs.

Sounds like a PSU or a overheating issue though.

Wouldn't hurt to try this:

If your video card has a supplimentary power plug, make sure that is plugged in. That might be what it's saying aboutyour card.

Everything looks good except we don't know what BRAND and MODEL is YOUR POWER SUPPLY.

If you don't know, open up your case and read the label on the side of the PSU. Usually PSUs that come with cases aren't too good unless its Antec.

Win PSUs are on the BAD list of PSUs on this list: http://www.forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=131195

I would suggest swapping it out with a quality one that you can also find on that list.

A shutdown after 10 seconds is more likely a CPU overheat - from improper installation of the heatsink/fan assembly. Those 775 heatsinks can be difficult to install, each post must be firmly snapped into the motherboard holes and locked. You did connect the CPU fan, right?

You need to check that before condemning the power supply - I don't care HOW bad a PSU is, if it *starts* at *all* that's probably not the reason for a shutdown 10 seconds later doing nothing to increase the load.

Do this with the motherboard OUT of the case with minimum devices as indicated in the link that Blue provided.
