First time builder wants tips and suggestions

Here is my part list, i would appreciate any tips and or suggestions in altering this list, or just a comment saying im good to go
the parts with (am2) are parts that i am considering upgrading the other listing too

if you're going the am2 route, i would suggest using corsair xms2 instead of the ocz. i would also go with the zalman cooler for the am2.

That list looks good. I would choose an Asus motherboard over MSI. The A8N for 939 or the M2N for AM2.

No need for additional cooling, the retail HSF will be fine. Using a seperate unit will void the CPUs warranty.

Are you planning to use SLI? You can save money with a non-SLI motherboard.

I would switch to an eVGA brand video card, they are a bit higher quality.
