The power supply in that case is total junk and you will be lucky if the machine even starts.
If you are planning on adding a second video card to run in SLI, then you need to get a PSU that is on the certified list.
If not, you can change the motherboard to the non-sli version and save some cash there.
There are very few if any cases with lights, windows and other eye candy that come with decent quality power supplies.
If you absolutely must have a flashy case, get one without a power supply and buy a decent quality one seperately.
Antec, Enermax, or FSP fortron would be some brands to look at.
That Video card is recycled and only has a 90 day warranty.
Don't forget the OS.
OEM XP Home with SP2 will be fine, unless you need some specific feature of XP Pro or want the Media Center Edition.

I agree with Jay; you're better off with a cheap case and an expensive power supply bought separately; and woud add that since it's gaming the cpu shouldn't be below 3500+, which is PCGamer's recommended cpu for FEAR, so up the power there.

This one shouldn't strain the budget too much : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103539
If you're not going SLI get this board : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131530

This combo will give you the power you need and cost less than the one you've picked out.

Put the money you save into another video card, like this one : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130033
If the budget won't stand it then consider an ATI card like the X1800XT for only $8 more

No, a SLI motherboard is ONLY required to run TWO Nvidia cards.

Nope.
Any decent PCI-E single slot board will do.
I prefer nForce boards for ATI cards as well as nVidia cards.

No.
Check out the pictures of all the video cards, including the first one you picked.
They all have dual monitor support.
What modern dual pci-e cards do is give high resolution game play with ultra frame rates.
At least that's what they're supposed to do.

Look for a red case that you like. You can just swap out the power supply with a quality one by removing four screws. Aside from Antec cases, which don't come in red, it is very hard to find cases that come with quality power supplies.

Coolmax PSUs are poor quality. Go with something from our list: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=131195

The Antec TruePower II 550w is an excellent choice.

Good choice, high quality from a reputable manufacturer. A lot of people use that model and it will handle just about anything except 2 top of the line video cards in SLI.

Looking pretty good there.

The CD/DVD drive you selected it just simply a Combo CD writer and a DVD drive.

***If you want a DVD writer here is a good suggestion:

LITE-ON 16X DVD±R DVD Burner W/ LightScribe and 5X DVD-RAM Write Black ATAPI/E-IDE Model SHM-165H6S - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106019

***The Maxtor HDD you picked isn't bad, but for a few extra bucks you can get this one:

Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 ST3250824AS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148111

With stock fans, You shouldnt really need them. Besides the best fan controller only costs 11 bucks. If you ever do need one that is.
Get this video card instead:

Excuse me, but wouldn't it be wise to spend an extra 20 bucks and buy a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM. Right now they are 94.99 at Newegg. My thinking is that drive is not only 70GB larger, more importantly it has a 16 MB Cache. Just a thought.

Extra cache speeds up performance a bit. That Western Digital 250 is a great choice.

16MB is the standard right now. You'll be happy with that Western Digital, it is a great performer at a great price.

You reallly dont have to add any extra fans to what is there already for stock operation. All its gonna bring you is more noise, not any performance gains.

If you really wanna know. I see a place for a blower fan on the left side of the pci slots where the vents are, you will have to get creative with the mounting for that though; and youcould use some modders mesh and sacrifice a few drive bays to add a fan there.

Like I said I really dont suggest you do any of this, it has more then enough fans to keep stock operation very cool. You could even remove the top exaust and you wont notice a lick of difference. It has a rear exaust, top exaust, front intake, shrouding, vents, overall a very nicely designed case as far as aircooling goes.
