That power supply won't be sufficient.
Check the certified list on this page. With all the other hardware in there you would probably be safer getting one off the Dual GeForce 7900 GTX or Dual GeForce 7800 GTX 512 MB section of the list.
You might need a floppy drive during the setup.
Don't forget the Operating System.
Check if the Samsung burners come with burning software or not. If not Liteon includes Nero and PowerDVD in both retail and oem packages.
Check the QVL list at ASUS to make sure you get the right RAM, hit QVL dowbload on the left side of the page.
The other stuff looks good.

Yep I agree with jayb1234, your build looks great.

Only thing I would change is the PSU. Looking at your specs, you may need a quality ATX 2.x PSU with over 550w of power.

This i my suggestion:
Antec TRUEPOWERII TPII-550 ATX12V 550W Power Supply 115/230 V UL, TUV, CB, FCC CLASS B, CUL - Retail

Everything else looks groovy. Some people here don't have good experience with Samsung drives and usually suggest Lite-On. I have had good experiences with both.

Only thing your missing is the OS, but you may already have a copy, I don't know.

BenQ is pretty good, so is ACER, ViewSonic, and DELL. You can't go wrong with those.

Although the TPII-550 is certified for SLI, I think I'd go just a bit stronger and get one off the certified list for the GTX's. The FSP's and Sparkles are probably the most affordable and they are top quality.
