AM2 Socket build question

hey, im in the middle of building a rig and i got an AM2 socket mobo, i just found out that there have been some compatibility issues with the AM2 socket, however i already have my mobo and ram open and installed, just need to order my processor. anyway, bottom line, i would just like to know if these parts will play nicely with each other:

Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe mobo

Not a bad choice in the PSU either. I see you did some research.

alright, so i finnaly got the above build together... however i am being plagued by some blue screens. Windows installed fine, all my drivers are up to date, so is my bios. The computer will just randomly crash, sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row not long after start up, other times it will be fine for 6 hours or a day and then crash. The most commen screen i keep seeing is "windows has been shut down to prevent loss to your system.... blah blah" and then "A process or thread crucial to system opperation has unexpecdely termanted or exited."
The other two blue screens i am seening from time to time are for a "Kernal_Stack_Inpage_Error" and a "Kernal_Data_Inpage_Error." If some one could point me in the right direction for trying to solve these issues, that would be awesome, i really don't know what to do next, other then to go play the format game, no fun. My video card is a Nvidia 7900gt from EVGA, just fyi.
