Still having issues

Ok so for those of you that might remember i posted a few weeks back having troulbe with a build and getting no post at all (i followed the guide on the site this is all bare minimal stuff outside the case). Anyway didn't get anything thought it might be the board sent away 2 weeks later i just got the new board. Set it back up still no go. I tried a new PSU and stick of RAM. I guess there is nothing left but to try to replace the CPU. this is the board. and i have an intel celeron d 345 3.06ghz cpu. Was looking at support page for board and it only lists 4 CPU's that work with it. Are those the recommended processors or are those the only four that work with it?

The processor listed at the link you provided is the "Maximum CPU" it will support.

This is what the note on top of the page says: Note: The below listed Maximum CPU Supports form is base on the latest version of each model, If you are not sure which version of the motherboard you have, please contact Biostar FAE before upgrade your system.

Its kind of hard to remember your problem since you started a whole new post. If you covered all the bases, I would try another CPU.

so then seeing that they are compatiable and i've replaced everything else i would say it's time to just get a new CPU....do you think it's worth arguing the cost of the old one (its about 35 days old) return policy is 30....or should i just eat the $30 cost and move on?

If it is possible, test out that CPU in another compatible system to see if it is actually dead. It is uncommon for a CPU to be faulty though.

If that is not possible, then just grab another CPU and pop it in your current system and see if it will work.
