Need suggestion on a MoBo that has PCI Express...

I am building yet another new rig.

I got a AMD Athlon 64 3700 2.4 GHz Processor(socket 754) and I also have a ATI HDTV Wonder Remote Control. As well I have 2 PCI Express cards I got as gifts; 1 is a Radeon X1900 and a GeForce 7800 both are 512mb (looking to use 1 and sell the other on eBay. The performance of the cards are not the issue, just getting the right mix that works toghter is key)

Here is my situation;
I am looking for a MotherBoard for the CPU and supports PCI Express and allow me to use the ATI HDTV. As well which card would work best with the Motherboard.

The Motherboard should have SATA as well be able to do RAID. 4 PCI slots would be great 3 at least. Built in LAN Card would be a plus.

OS I will be installing is Microsoft XP second edition.

I will be buying 1 gig of memory based on the Motherboard, suggestions on Memory also welcome.

Thanks in advance. I kind of feel confused and at a loss from looking at all the info. Just too much info to process.

Newegg has one biostar. board with 4 pci slots, but no sata raid.
Not a real good brand either.
They have 3 from decent makers with 3 pci slots.
MSI RS482M-IL Socket 754 ATI Radeon XPRESS 200 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
They have a few others, list here, but not from real good brands.
Most if not all of those boards have onboard lan.
Here is a side by side comparison of all the boards at newegg that would take that processor, and PCI-E.
Just study that page a litttle, remove the junk brands like ECS and you can narrow it down to which one you want.
