new building not starting up
Hi. well i bought the wrong ram so i had to use a 512 from my old emachines. when i put it in my new computer it worked. but i needed to put the ram back in my old one, i turn it on and i get 3 beeps. does this mean my rams broken? if it does, what is the right way to get rid of it? do i just throw it a away or is there some better way to recycle it?

Which computer are you having problems with? Your new one or the eMachine?
What are the complete system specs for your new computer? List the parts by brand and model including the power supply. Cricket
