Final build, would like feedback before I start ordering the parts (fixed link)

Looks great to me. You have any plans for crossfire or sli? Psu wise.

At the moment, since this is my first build, I'm not looking to go up to anything as advanced and complicated as SLI and crossfire (advanced and complicated to me, that is).

Howevever, if I change my mind in the future, would this motherboard enable SLI or crossfire?

As for the PSU, I'm assuming I can just switch out the 450W in the case for a higher wattage one if the need arise.

have fun getting an e6600 from newegg or anywhere right now. I have one on the way(will be here in 2 days) when you see newegg has one in stock, order it then. I placed 2 orders. One for cpu only then for the rest of my stuff.

Newegg has the e6600 instock. Get it if want it. Who knows when they will have them again.
