Help Question!!
Hey all, I just built my first computer for the first time and I seem to be stuck. Everything runs well and I partitioned the harddrive and reset so that I could format the hard drive, but now it just says: "F1 = dos; Default: F?"
I can't type anything except for F1, F2, F3, F4, and Enter, and none of them do anything (except change "F?" to "F1", "F2", "F3", or "F4") how can I get out of this loop and continue formatting my HDD!?!?!? |

What did you USE to partition the hard drive? There is no need to separately partition and format it - just boot with the WinXP CD and let Setup do it for you as part of the install. Whatever you did, you may now be looking at a zero fill to put the drive back to the way it came.
