Windows Error!!

Ive got my new computer up and running and i just starting playing oblivion. everything looks great! when it first started up it scanned my comp and set it to ultra high settings! i was so excited. i played for about 45 minutes... and then i walk through a door and the the game shuts down and leads me to a blue screen that says this...

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to the computer

this problem seems to be caused by: ati3duag.dll
Page_Fault_in_nonpage_area

if this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen restart computer. if it appears again follow steps:

check to make sure hard/software is properly installed. if this is a new installation, ask hard/software manufacturer for windows updates

if problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hard/software. disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing. if you needto use safe mode to remove or disable components restart computer, and press f8 to select advanced startup.

That ati3duag.dll is probably related to your video card drivers.
The problem could be that the game doesn't like the new driver version.
Try using the old version and see what happens.
Also did you install the motherboard chipset drivers that came on the CD in the motherboard box.
