No Media Detected

I'm a first time builder, every component works fine because of test done before and had to get a new motherboard. Anyways I have everything plugged in, I start up the beast, it goes through some check with a bunch of letters and #'s in bottom right, it starts then trying to initialize and then it looks for the media and it goes undected, it says to check the cables and so forth and hit any key when ready. Any suggestions?

Go into the BIOS and set your CD/DVD drive as first boot device. Load in the Windows CD and reboot. It should boot to the CD to start XP installer.
