Nothing at all is starting up? Or is the computer trying to start up but you're not seeing anything on the monitor?
Is there a rocker switch on the back of the power supply? Is the side with the "1" pushed down? Follow the troubleshooting steps found here and let us know what happens. Cricket

Rosewill Power Supply - I think that's the problem. They make poor quality units. I suggest returning it to Newegg for something from Antec, FSP, Xclio, etc. etc..

yeah rosewill is not good, but it should still start, i mean poor quality or not, shouldn't it make an attempt? maybe the PSU is DOA?

Yes, it can.... I think lol. Anyway, what Rosewill model #? I just saw one that looked half-decent on Newegg.com.

PSU's can definitely be DOA... I just got one that was. It was an Antec, too.
Wouldn't even light the power LED on my mainboard...
