I've put together my share of computers but I have recently assembled one that has a built on Dial up modem..the system is completely together and up and running but as a final check I check device manager and display adapter and PCI Modem has yellow exclamation marks next to them....I dont know how to begin to get these drivers, The whole assembly was purchased at a computer show that has come and gone so no help there...any suggestions on how to find these drivers ?????????????

Didn't the motherboard come with a driver disc? If not, what brand is the motherboard? Go to the web site and look for that particular motherboard model and then check for any available downloads for it. The drivers should be available.

I'm laying odds that it's a PC Chips board and this may not ID it well enough, give it a try. |
