no startup anything

i put this sytem together with (Hiper- HPU-MS ATX12V 580W 100-120V,Case GIGABYTE - GZ-XA1CA-STB SECC ATX MID TOWER,CD drive NEC- 8X-48X DVD RW 2M CACHE,Hard Drive Western Digital- CaviarWD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM 3GB/S,RAM Corsair - XMS2 26B (2 x 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 800 Ram Dual 6400,Mother Board ECS- P965T-A (V1.0) DDR2 800,Core 2 Duo Conroe 2.13GHz ,CREATIVE- SOUND BLASTER SB0570 AUDIGY SE 7.1 24 BIT 96KHZ PCI, geforce 6800 xtreme,)

When I turn on the computer the front lcd blinks once and then turns off, only the power supply fan and lcd are active from then on.

I think maybe a part is doa but not sure also im not sure about the power supply set up because they all plug into the same port on it through connector/exctenders.

Also when i turn it on the monitor shows nothing but it makes that kind of turn off static/fuzz noise.
