Boom Help! Switching Cases killed my first build

Built my computer about a year ago and have loved it ever since but recently I decided to switch cases and put another liquid cooling system in my computer just like I did in the last case. I changed everything over to the new case and hooked everything up without a problem. Started it up and got a "NTLDR is missing" messege so I reconfigured a few jumpers and and tried it again. Started it up, went into windows and bam! it cut off. Started it again and then it only goes for about 10 seconds and cuts off. Please help

System Specs:
4GB Kingston RAM
300GB Western Digital IDE Hard Drive
500GB Western Digital IDE Hard Drive
80GB Western Digital SATA Hard Drive
Mad Dog 600W Power Supply
ASUS A8V-E Deluxe Motherboard
AMD Anthalon 64 FX-55 CPU
ATI FireGL Graphics Card
ATI TV Wonder Television Tuner
SoundBlaster Audigy 2z5 Soundcard
HP 640i DVD Burner
Sony DVD Burner
Floppy Drive
Thermaltake Bigwater SE liquid cooling system
Thermaltake Tsunami Dream Case

Most likely scenario could be, either something loose, heat sink improperly seated, something shorting out on the underside of the MOBO. You may want to resort to the out of the case troubleshooting method found here:

ok, thanx. Tried that

alright, tried that and everything stops after about 5 seconds. It'll keep running but when I attach the ATX12V connector it cuts off in 5 seconds after starting up

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
Let it set for a while with the power off. Then when it boots go directly to the bios and watch the cpu temp. Sounds like it's shutting down for self protection. You may have a problem with that new H2O cooling system.

gosh i hate tricky problems like this...

I would try to plug in a backup psu if you have one lying around, or use a friends if you have access to a psu that will power your unit other than the one you have now.

If it works... then it would seem to be that you just limited your problem down to the psu...

If panama red is correct about the water cooling system, just unplug it and see, though i do not think that is the problem...
