Follow the steps in this thread. Building the core components out of the case in this way is the only way to isolate a faulty component.

Have another power supply that you could try?

We recently reviewed a couple Ultra units here and it was bad news...

It's possible your system is too much for it. Try the above troubleshooter and make sure to use bare minimum - even more helpful would be if you had a old low power PCI video card to use. Those X1900's have hefty power requirements. Let's try the out-of-case build first though - I'm just throwing other ideas out.

I would try to find a newer psu calculator so that you know how much power your build needs... after all, even though that ultra psu may work, it could work at very subpar levels compared to the 600W it says... (and obviously, that is peak voltage anyways)

600W might be enough juice, but most likely not with an ultra psu. You should switch it out even if you do get the system to work with it b/c you have 4 gigs of ram and two high-end video cards... a good mobo... I would hate to jeopardize all of that by putting a time-bomb in your computer.

I tried it with 1GB RAM on a different moniter and still nothing I also rebuilt it out of its case and tried both PCI Express Slots so I'll keep trying...

Are you plugging in all necessary motherboard power connections from the power supply?

Are you trying to boot with all sticks of RAM or only 1? Try only 1 for now.
