Assisting me.

Well I have decided its time for a new computer. And i have no clue where to start either.I wanting to buy most of my parts online and the only places i know of is tigerdirect and newegg can someone tell me some other stores that i can find some good prices.

Also if anyone would assist me on msn with picking the right parts that would be great, if you do just pm me your msn, aim or yahoo messenger.

It would be used mostly for graphics like web desiging. Coding etc.

Newegg is a great choice, avoid TigerDirect, they have poor service.

We need some information to help you.

Do you have a budget?

Do you have a preference for AMD or Intel? Both are great.

Do you need just the computer, or a monitor, keyboard/mouse, Windows, etc?

mouse/ keyboard - newegg has both for $5.00 on some models
winXP will run around $90
1gb of ram, i would suggest corsair
gpu - X1900XTX will be very future proof, and high-end for gaming

Sorry, you can't use a Mac operating system with these components. You'd really have to buy a Mac.

ah okay well i will just use windows xp. Also can someone give more some more suggestion on some top quailty cases.
