It was running fine, then black screen!

My first build, using Intel board and Intel processor. No problems!!
But, now when I start up I get a black screen (screen not recognized, I guess).
Then, if I reset with the reset button, it restarts and the screen is recognized just like nothing is wrong.
Any ideas where to go from here?

Open the case and check to see that the video card is fully inserted into the slot.

I doubt that this is causing your problem, but running RAID 0 with 2 different brands of hard drives is asking for data integrity issues and can hurt performance.
