PSU ON and OFF Symbols
Which is which? Is the 'circle' symbol the 'Off' position?

The "1" means ON, the "0" means OFF.

thanks...just being overly cautious...my first build...if I have any other questions I'll ask...I just finished installing the core into the Mobo...and the Chassis is grounded with the PSU
