is there an oem version
im going to bulid a new comp this january and i was wondering is there going to be a oem version for windows vista home premium cause the prices on i found on the web just say $239

Why are you asking now? Ask in January. Vista isn't even out yet.

im just trying to find out info there is a chance i might build it in november so i wanted to see if i should wait.
i do have a small budget probably $900 for parts and O.S. |

I wouldn't even try Vista until the retail release has been out in the real world for at least a year. And since you said that you are on a tight budget, just go with XP Home OEM, it's around $90 at your favorite on-line store.
