bit of a problem on first build ever
hi there i have done everything coreect ( i think)
but i do know the hard drive needs formated.iam doing this for my dad he choose to use onbaord graphics and not a graphics card.now when i try to boot it to format it just says no signal is this because it needs to be setup in the bios for onboard graphics? many thx for any help |

Could you list the parts used in this build by brand/part#/and size for the PSU?
This will help to determine any compatablity or product quailty issues.

motherboard is this one:http://www.planetmicro.co.uk/product...ckcode=M006314 and the cpu is: Intel Celeron 2.8Ghz Processor psu is 400watt ram is ddr(2) 533 (512-STICK) hard drive is an 80gb samsung tryed my brothers working main drive and still a (no signal) on the screen. |

Do this out-of-case troubleshooter and let us know what happens. You must remove the motherboard from the case...you're trying to determine if the motherboard is shorting/grounding out to the case or not.

problem solved,stupid me forgot to plug the 4 pin connectior thing on the left side of the cpu:S
