PC Restarting When Lightly Hit

I built my first computer and everything is working fine, but when it is lightly tapped it restarts. Since my computer is on top of a desk with drawers it shuts off repeatidly iwhen I need something. Is there something I can do to prevent this?

Recheck all connections and look to see if there is nothing shorting the motherboard like an extra standoff underneath.

double check your power cord in the back and make sure its pushed all the way in, also open up your case and make sure your molex power connectors are secufely fastened to your hard drive, double check all power cables coming from the PSU to the motherboard and all components. i had a lose power cord on one of my pc's and it kept doing what your describing.

Could be the power button headers not tightly attached on the motherboard.
