Need to build a rackmount server

I have been asked to build 1, maybe two rackmount case servers. I was considering this case:

Can I use ATX motherboards?

I'm ready to order immediately. I was thinking of that case, FSP 450w, P5B Deluxe, 2gb pc6400 xms2, c2d e6600, seagate 320gb. This is for a business that I am friends with. Will all these fit into that case?

If anyone would like to recommend another processor, motherboard, etc. I'm very open at the moment.

I'm sorry to bump this by double posting, but I am about to order these parts for a server:

-Western Digital Raptor 74gb
-Sapphire Radeon x550
-Sony Black DVD-ROM
-Antec TruePower II 550w
-Corsair XMS2 2gb PC6400
-Asus P5B Deluxe
-Intel Core 2 Duo e6600

All to be placed in this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811182566

I'm am ordering sometime tomorrow, I have gotten the okay to do so. Everything look compatible, for a server. Oh, and don't worry about an operating system, or anything such as that, I will install Linux FC5 on this which is 64bit.

Doesn't anyone have any insight on this? Can you all tell me if Linux Fedora Core 5 will run on this?

We don't live here.

Your specs look fine. That case will handle an ATX board. I can't say for sure about Fedora, but I don't see any reason that it wouldn't work.

Thanks and sorry for being annoying. Actually I read the P965 chipset can not work with Fedora Core 5 so I will go with a Intel 975x.

Newb question: will ddr2 675 work on the Bad Axe?

Also is the x550 a good budget card to use for a server running no more than command mode?

After-order anxiety: will that PSU fit in the back of that 4u rackmount. If you look at the pictures here, I think it should:
