gettin a bit worried :S

hey guys

im just about to build a new computer in the nxt week or 2, im just waiting on my cpu and ram.

and im starting to get abit warried about hows its gonna turn out for me when i get to the software (OS) stage. is it an easy process of just loading it on or is there more too it and how easy will it be, should i b woried?

as u can tell this is my first build and ive just spent alot of money soo..... i hope all goes well

First off, be sure to read any product literature (ie. Manuals, Instuctions, etc.) as closely as possible. Those will be your greatest resource to guide you through the building process. After that and only after, get to work with the components. The OS stage is fairly straightforwards - once everything is connected properly and you've set your BIOS boot order to read the CD, insert the OS disc and follow Microsoft's step-by-step process.

This web site has step-by-step instructions on how to install Windows (you didn't say which OS you're using so I just assumed it's gonna be Windows of some sort).

My neice installed XP when she was 10. You'll do fine.
