12 volt DC small computer??
Is it possible to build a small sized computer that ran off of 12 volts?

What do you mean? As an external power source?
The power supply converts external 120V AC power into 12V, 5V, and 3.3V DC and uses that internally.

Are you talking about the computers sony (and other companies) have made...that run XP and all, but are only about the size of 2 PDAs?
