PC wont beep? no post just fan
Ive just built a pc
heres the spec Asrck - 775dual-vsta DDR 2 pc3200 533mhz ram Intel pentium 531 3.0ghz 775 retail Ive connected eveything up..im not getting no post beep..all fans seem running..ive tried taking the ram out in hope to get some beeps but not gtting any beep at all. ive disconected the HDD Cdrom fdd everyfing..just mobo, psu, ram and cpu and still getting no beeps at alll..just fan spinning awayyy Ive built over 50pc but this is the first time im getting this probolem...and i think its cause the mobo is dual core more of advanced mobo to the ones ive made before so this may need more configuration propbably which im not aware of... please give simple advise lol any ideas? on what i can do? its brand new |

Maybe the board is dead - have you contacted the supplier/store for a replacement?

nah not yet...i thought it just must be me the way ive configured the motherboard...so you think its the actual motheboard yeh?

Try assembling the PC outside of the case to make sure it's not a ground issue, and make sure your case speaker is hooked up.
