hi what should i do first before replace my motherboard with a new one

hi u guy what do u think that i should do first. last time im up here asking for a decent mother board and well i got it. also i have to replace the powersullie. before removing the motherboard. is there anyway to safely remove the professor?

What brand and model motherboards are involved.

Which CPU are you using?

Which OS are you using?
