PC wont power up after FDD installation
i built the PC shown in my sig about 6 months ago. i have decided to install a FDD (cos im a sentimental old fool) and now my PC wont power up. Take out the FDD and it powers ok. How can I get the best of both worlds?

Make sure the cables are installed correctly, both the ribbon and the power. If you connect the power upside down, you can cook the floppy drive. Try a different floppy drive.
