Ok, ordering this week...few questions still

First, thanks to all that have answered questions by me in the past. So glad this site/forum is here.

This rig will be for gaming only!

Here is what I know for sure what I'm ordering:

DVD Writer : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106013

DVD Rom : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106028

HDD : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136033

RAM : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146580 x2

CPU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115003

Vid Card : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130066

Can anyone here recommend a MB for this setup?

Can someone recomment a case/PSU sold together?

Recommend a better vid card?

IS the RAM I'm ordering ok?

Thanks everyone!

1. Asus P5B.
2. Antec Sonata II.
3. Radeon X1900XT.
4. Yes, but XMS2 DDR2-800 performs better.
5. You are welcome!

Hahaha

Is there any reason you want the PSU to come with the case? Its sometimes nicer to pick your case, and your PSU separately.

My recommendation was for a reasonably priced case that comes with a quality power supply. It's one of the very few out there that does. Of course, a case that you like better is a definite option, but try to find one without a power supply and buy a decent power supply separately.
