Replaced PSU - have I connected it all up....?

Hey all,

I've replaced my PSU after learning the hard way that a surge protector is a must. It's an FSP 500w "Blue Storm", down from my old 520w SilenX. Should be plenty to handle what I'm running (see sig).

I've got the motherboard diagram to go by, so I've connected up the 12v, the SATA HDD, the graphics card (AGP, Radeon 9800 pro) and the fan, and it seems to be working (well I'm here ain't I?) but I'm just a bit concerned I've missed something. All seems to work fine except... it won't soft power down. When I select 'shut down' it restarts instead.

Any ideas clever folks?

Cheers,
'Rax.
