See any compatability issues here? This falls into my $1400> budget and I don't know where I could cut corners. Any ideas/suggestions?

For starters, get a dual channel kit of ram. Not a single stick.

The build looks good; where to cut corners though?
You could get by with a much cheaper psu.
More specifically this one: Enhance 500W $69
If you really want to order from newegg, its the same one, but costs $88.

For videocard, you could save 80 bucks by going with the 256mb version.
X1900XT 256MB

Last but not least, if your still overbudget, I would suggest downgrading to an E6300 or E6400.

I looked at the numbers the other day and it looks like the X1950Pro is only slightly behind the X1900XT, so it's a good bang for the buck.
