major problems with new build

Hey guys,

I'm having a terrible time with my new build.

My computer takes forever to start up. It freezes in windows but show no icons, only the mouse.

Everytime I boot up I get an error message saying that not enough PCI memory to run PCI ROM?

MY wireless internet connection is terrible... I receive about 1 /10 of the sent packets.

My computer takes about 3-4 minutes just to fire up, then it usually freezes.

I can't enter MSCONFIG..

can't open web browser or any application. it basically starts up at a snails pace and then needs to be turned off

can't be turned off!
can somebody please help me... I'm hurtin right now.

is this a prebuilt or did you build it? if you built it what are the specs and if you bought it what is the model and manufacturer?

How many more threads are you going to start? You must have at least 6 different ones going now all involving your issues and it's now impossible to keep track of what's going on.

My BEST suggestion right now is strip it all down and start over from scratch. This time, TAKE YOUR TIME and double check your work each step of the way.

Start a new thread, and make maximum use of EACH post - start with full system details, and an outlined listing of each and every issue - in a SINGLE post. If you have something to add before there's a response, use the EDIT button. Do NOT bump the thread, WAIT for responses.

I'm going to go through and close all the other threads including this one - let's get a fresh start, ok?
