soundcard question - novice here
Hello,
I wnt to build a "radio station" of sorts in my basement- not for broadcast mind you, just to listen to music with a radio station type of feel. (ex-fade into next song, segue between songs, sweepers ect.) If I am compressing music to 192 bitrate how can I optomize volume? I have a large collection of CDs and individual songs and I would like to cataloge them on my computer by genre. What is a good program to use for my application? Is there a sound card available with dual input/output? I have searched with no avail and would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance! Kevin |
