Advise on new PC

I am thinking about building my own computer. My budget is between $1100 - $1300 (not including the monitor). I already have speakers, mouse, keyboard, and burner. I use the computer mainly for photo editing (photoshop), and video encoding. I may want to overclock at some point in the future when I am ready. Here are my specs:
- CPU: C2D E6600
- Motherboard: Asus P5B-Delux P965
- PSU: FPS AX450PN or Antec 2.0 SP 400 - Any recommedations?
- HDD: Seagate 7200.10 320GB x2
- RAM: Corsair XMS2 2GB
- Video Card: Radeon X1950 Pro
- Case: Need recommendations. I like to have a cool looking case, ie. with side window, blue light
- Heat sink: Zalman 92mm CNPS9500 - Do I really need it?

Please look over the specs and let me know what you think. Is there any compatability issue? Thanks

If you're going to overclock you need more power than that. Get at least 550 watts...maybe even 600 watts.

"Cool" looking cases usually are not as well built as some of the normal looking cases. That said, take a look at the Aspire (Apevia), NZXT, PowMax, RaidMax or XION cases.

No, the stock Intel heatsink works well but if you're going to overclock you should be looking at Thermalright heatsinks.

Don't forget about optical drives. Look at the Lite-Ons with the Lite Scibe option. And you will need an OS.

Thanks for all the comments.

When I say "cool looking", I meant conventional looking cases with LED for fans, buttons, etc. Something that looks nice in the dark

Cases have different types of fans: 80mm, 120mm, etc. How do I know which one to choose?

Basically what I am looking for is a case that is well built, quiet, LED, and well cooling

Larger fans tend to run at lower rpms thus lower noise.
Look at Antec/Lian Li/Cool Maste/Silverstoner: these tend towards the clean look
Thermaltake/XION/NZXT: Tend to be a bit more flashy
And many of the cheapie cases tend toward the gaudy with the extra bling

How about the Thermaltake Tsnuami? In my opinion, it's one of the best balances between a quality case with good cooling, and that extra bit of style / flash.

I prefer the black, without the side window, but cases are a personal preference thing.

Regarding power supplies, something like this would be plenty of power, and provide the headroom you need for any overclocking
