Bridge to engineering, We need more power!

Just finished putting together a MicroATX PC. All power connectors are connected, but when I try to boot up, the fans dont spin, im not getting any power to the CD-ROM or Hard Disk Drive. The front Panel LEDs light up though. I have no idea what has gone wrong. The Mobo is getting power, as shown by the front LEDs lighting up, but the fans dont spin, and no other Drives work.

Please list all of the major parts by brand and model. Hard to trouble shoot not knowing the parts in the build.

Good point, but I am very sorry to do this. I have found out the problem and fixed it. It was a cheep noob mistake. The mobo I was using had an additional 4-pin connector, and I diddnt notice it. Sorry again.
