Why are you getting a CrossFire motherboard but using a NVidia video card?

If you do plan to go with CrossFire or SLi you're going to need a certified power supply. That 400 watt FSP isn't going to cut it.

Make sure that A-DATA RAM will work with that DFI motherboard.

The rest of the parts look good.

If you don't plan on using Crossfire, don't spend the money on a board that has it. Go with this board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131569 and stick with the 7600GT. Then you can stick with the power supply you chose. This is the best option.

If you want to use Crossfire, keep the motherboard and switch to an ATI video card. Then you'll need a larger power supply.

An ATI x1950 Pro is in the same price range as the nVidea.
For the PSU, go with the Forton brand and up the watts to 450 to 500
