Everything went together well, but now I'm having some problems.
1. I gave my partition drive 3 partitions (C, D, and E). C and D are OS partitions, with C being the normal OS, and D being a backup, in case something bad happens to C. E was for applications. My other two hard drives are for audio. 2. Things seemed to be going okay, until I tried hooking up my four displays, using the Quadro NVS400 video card. Only two displays will show up. When I went to the Device Manager, it listed "Quadro NVS" twice, but one had the yellow exclamation point, and wouldn't load because of a Code 10. I thought it was an IRQ issue. 3. I tried a bunch of things, but nothing worked, so last night I reinstalled Windows XP Pro SP2 to both the C and D drive. Now, however, when the system boots, I get a "glimpse" of a BSOD and the system restarts. The only way I can boot up the system is using Safe Mode. What might I do to begin troubleshooting this? I need to get the system straight before I start loading applications. My "number two" system is listed below. Thanks, Nick |

You have several previous threads concerning the issues with this new computer...
Is everything okay with my CPU and RAM? New Build: Video issue...IRQ? Doin' Number Two - UPDATE: A fork in the road? You probably aren't getting responses because people just don't know how to help you with these problems. I noticed glc hasn't been around lately but when he returns he'll probably be able to help you with this...I know I can't. Cricket

You've tried updating the drivers, right? Are the two working monitors plugged into the same port on the card? The name get's funnier every time. Maybe next time it will be "Doin' Number 2 - Slowly but Surely."
