new case, having technical difficulties

i just bought a thermaltake soprano case, which has an access panel on the top of it headset ports, firewire ports, and usb ports. i would like to make use of this panel but the problem is i dont have any idea where to plug them in. the usb plugs are labled differently than they are on my board... vcc2,data-2,data+2,gnd2,shield2 .... but the usb plugs on my board arent labeled. i looked in the manual and all of the pins are labeled differently than the plugs in the cable, am i missing something there?

also, there are two ports an in and an out for a headset located on top of the case aswell. but i cant figure out where to plug them in....

odd questions i know but if someone could give me a hand it would help alot, thanx

There is no standard for labeling either the motherboard pins or the case wires. Just make your best guess. It takes some trial and error. If things don't work, just try a different combination.
