Power supply is of questionable quality...here's something proven to be quality and a bit cheaper:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817104954 Can't comment on the motherboard - I haven't heard anything about it. ASUS and Intel are usually of higher quality though. Wouldn't hurt to comparison shop.

Btw Can you suggest a motherboard for me? preferably one that is already compatible with my other parts?

Asus P5b series of mother boards, they are about $50 more that the MSI.

Is there another one around the same price range as the msi? (75-100)
