Help!

I booting my PC for the first time and as soon is the fans kick on the PC shuts right back down

Does this have anything to do with not having my psu connected to the "EATX12V" on my asus p5b motherboard cuz my psu doesn't have a four pin connector to fit it????

Yes, you need that 4 pin connection plugged in. What power supply do you have?

According to Newegg's photo, it does have that connector: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ShowIm...ply+%2D+Retail It is the square 4 pin connection that is slightly hidden in the center of the photo with the various plugs. Fifth one.
