Have you tested the monitor and cables on another PC? Do you have a spare graphics card to try it out with?

Make sure that the 24pin AND the 4 pin power connections from the PSU are connected at the mobo.
If the video card has 2 outputs, try monitor in each one.
If monitor has DVI and VGA inputs, make sure the correct one is selected.
Monitor on.

I tried it with an old working monitor. Same result. I don't have a spare graphics card.

I was afraid of that..

First off try this:
http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=132409

Next, make sure that your monitor is properly hooked up to your videocard. Also double check to see if the 6pin power cord is firmly attached to the videocard.

My hunch is that the memory is the culprit Is your ocz is the one with 4-5-4-15 timings? If so, your memory is probally conflicting with the motherboard. That particular set of memory is infamous for having widespread issue with core 2 duo boards.

Especially Gigabyte.

Yes it is 4-5-4-15. I removed them one by one and tested it. No luck. What is the best choice for memory with this board?
