Unhappy pc will not turn on

1st problem ntldr is missing?

second problem i got it to boot up but when window load up
the computer went back out. it just shut off.

third now the damn thing wont turn on at all.
it have power, but just wont boot up?

anybody know what to do r whats going here?

Name brand pc or custom built?
system specs? brand and model for each device.
have you installed anything, or updated any drivers recently on the pc?

are you still getting the NTLDR file missing error?

What OS are you running?

custom built.
im running xp pro
adding a lg dvdr drive to the system
3.0ghz i think not sure
have a ata harddrive as master and sata as slave both westdigital

ntldr is gone i think. like i said im getting power to pc but monitor wont turn on
harddrive wont spin or turn on

Sounds like your Power supply is toast.


what brand and wattage is your Power Supply unit? if you open the case it should say on the side the brand/model/wattage.

it was Faulty IDE/EIDE hard disk drive cable.
