I'm going to be building a fresh system soon. The parts are-

sound- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102188

dvd- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827131039

case- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129155

My question is if that psu is the right one? Any other comments about my system would also be helpful.

Your parts choices are good, but you're wasting money by buying the Antec Sonata II - which comes with a quality 450w power supply - only to not use it. That system would benefit from a 500w+ Power Supply, and the Silverstone is a good one - but pick yourself a case without a PSU included to save some cash.

You might also consider getting a Seagate 7200.10 series hard drive. Nearly as quick as the Raptor, and a LOT more GB for your money.
