fqpissed No Display?

Hello, 'm having two problems, on of them is this:

My computer is getting power. My keyboard, my CPU, etc. Even my monitor gets opower, but there is no video/ display. I tried putting in a video, thinking the onboard video was disabled. Then, I tried a different monitor, and it still didn't work. What could be the problem?

(My motherboard is a ECS RC410L/800)

Is this a new computer or an existing one?

Follow the troubleshooting instructions found here and let us know what happens. You must remove the motherboard from the case when doing this...you're trying to determine if the motherboard is shorting out to the case or not.
