The PSU, I assume is ANTEC (typo?)
Good looking list of parts.
The Lite-on DVD if that is the OEM, go for the retail for the software.
OS: XP Home

lookin good.
are you oclocking, if not downgrade to value select.
Also, if you wait a while you might be able to get a discount on the 8800GTS, for g DX10 gaming, provided you are getting vista.

If you wanted to overclock I'd actually get the DDR2 800 memory. Drop the P5W DH and get the P5B Deluxe - better overclocking, newer chipset, and you aren't going to get an ATI card anyway so why bother?

Might be able to invest in a better keyboard if you're gaming, like the Saitek Eclipse II.

Would have to advise against the Thermaltake shark - whilst it's by no means a bad case, for that kinda price I expect something flawless, and the Shark isn't that.

The construction is just fine - but the designer seemingly failed to take into account the fact that when the front door is closed, the front of the case is completely starved of air. A lot of cases work around this problem by using vents on the front door - not so with the Shark, which I can't understand!

Also, that front fan quickly clogs up with dust (it has a fan filter), and getting to the filter has to be the biggest pain I've ever experienced - six clips to remove the entire front bezel, which also involves taking out the optical drives. Getting the bezel back on is just as fun, without trapping all the wires that run to the front of the case.

If you're willing to drop big bucks on a case, I'd look at a high end Lian-li, or simply another Thermaltake case!

I have the Kandalf, it would probably shink a ship, but I love the case! Good Airflow, looks nice!
Haven't had any problems with it yet. The only thing I didn't like way the tool-less add-on card slots, it didn't hold the cards at all so i took it out, and there are not problems now.
